Can recurring pain in the tips of my toes and fingers be undiagnosed diabetes?

I am a 37 yr old male in good shape. I have frequent pain in a couple of my fingertips and tips of my toes. The pain feels like it is deep inside my fingers. It comes and goes. I do have anxiety problems. I was wondering if this could be a symptom of diabetes? I have not lost any weight and don't have double vision. I do get very anxious but like I said I struggle with generalized anxiety disorder but these pains don't seem to track when my anxiety it amped up a bit. BTW... I am not on any medication.
