LifeScan and ChildrenWithDiabetes.com are sponsoring a scholarship program which will send 10 children with diabetes to diabetes camps this summer.
According to a LifeScan press release, the 10 winners will be selected at random and will each receive a $500 scholarship to the camp of their choice. They will also receive a free FastTake BG meter from LifeScan with 100 test strips, as well as a disposable camera.
To be eligible for a camp scholarship, children must have diabetes, be a U.S. resident and be under 18 years of age on September 30, 2000.
