DiabetiSweet Measures Like Real Sugar

Health Care Products of Amityville, New York, announced the availability of DiabetiSweet "Measure for Measure," the first-ever bulk sweetener that completely replaces sugar in baking and cooking.

Available in 8- and 16-ounce containers, DiabetiSweet "Measure for Measure" contains Sunette, a high-intensity sweetener, and Isomalt, a sweetener and bulking agent.

In addition, DiabetiSweet "Measure for Measure":

  • contains no sodium, saccharin, aspartame, sorbitol, fructose or dextrose
  • is heat soluble to maintain its sweetness
  • is granulated for even consistency in baked goods
  • shares the same baking and cooking properties of sugar
  • tastes just like sugar, and
  • has no aftertaste
