Ice Cream Based on Best-selling Diet Now Available

Contains Fewer Grams of Carbohydrates

Sugar Busters Ice Cream, manufactured by Marigold Foods of Minneapolis, Minnesota, has been introduced nationally as a new dessert option for people with diabetes.

Containing between 12 and 16 grams of carbohydrates per serving, compared to the 19 and 20 grams found in most ice creams, Sugar Busters Ice Cream will come in five flavors: strawberries n’ cream, butter pecan, chocolate, vanilla fudge twirl and vanilla.

Sugar Busters Ice Cream is based on The New York Times bestseller “Sugar Busters: Cut Sugar to Trim Fat.” It is available at Cub Foods, Rainbow Foods, Winn-Dixie, A & P, Pick N save, HyVee, Byerly's/Lunds and Albertson's for a suggested retail price of $4.49 per half gallon.
