NutriGenie Diabetes Meal Planner 4.1
Uses the ADA Food Exchange System and the USDA's Food Guide Pyramid to automatically generate menus that meet your exchange specification using only the foods you select. LifeScan recently released an updated version of its In Touch program, which works with the One Touch Profile, One Touch II and FastTake meters. You simply plug your meter into your computer and click. All blood glucose readings and other data will be directly transferred to the computer.

SweetSheet is a full-featured Mac program for uploading and analyzing data from Lifescan One Touch and SureStep meters. Dates and daily events can be filtered in any combination to plot time line glucose plots, summary histograms and averages for all events.
SweetSheet reads data directly from One Touch meters using an inexpensive interface cable and a common modem cable. The interface cable is available from LifeScan and costs $5. To order the interface cable, call the LifeScan data management support line at 800-382-7226.

Version 4.3 contains a number of enhancements over the previous version 4.0, including HbA1c estimates now provided for the blood glucose simulations, and an import / export facility to allow case scenarios to be swapped between users via email, newsgroups and the Internet. In addition, several technical upgrades have been incorporated - including a new, dedicated 32-bit Windows installation procedure - to make installation and usage easier.
This latest version has been quite extensively tested on Macintosh computers and confirmed to work on Apple Macs running SoftWindows or Virtual PC.

This is a freeware program, but does not download from any blood glucose meter directly. All readings have to be entered manually.
