What’s in your sick-day supply kit? Are you prepared for the common cold or a stomach bug? Do you have the supplies you need to get through the inconvenience of being ill? Have you made sure your insulin and pump supplies are plentiful and not outdated?

Consult With Your Healthcare Team

Be sure to ask your healthcare team for their preferred guidelines for those times when you are under the weather. Use only prescribed or recommended over-the-counter medications.

When you ask your team for assistance in managing an illness, they will need you to supply specific information. The following chart can be useful in keeping track of any health problems:
