Mama Mia! An Italian Diabetic Cookbook

May 1, 2005

Adding to her series of cookbooks, nutritionist and author Robyn Webb has written “Italian Diabetic Meals in 30 Minutes or Less” (American Diabetes Association, 2005).

In her newest book, Webb covers some of the basics of Italian cooking. The recipes in “Italian Diabetic Meals in 30 Minutes or Less” make use of various meats, seafood, tomatoes, garlic and cheeses.

Most of the recipes are for main dishes and are divided into sections for fish, shellfish, chicken, beef, pork, lamb and pasta. Each recipe is accompanied by nutritional information.
