Yummy ways to enjoy Thanksgiving leftovers

Thanksgiving leftovers can be reheated and enjoyed in their original form, or you can create new healthy recipes by mixing foods with lots of vegetables.

Turkey (arguably the most popular Thanksgiving food and leftover) can be made into interesting salads, soups and tacos. Although quick-and-easy fresh turkey sandwiches are the most popular day-after delicacy, a turkey-vegetable wrap can save calories and carbohydrates depending upon your choice of ingredients. You can eat a tortilla wrap like a burrito, starting at one end, or you can cut it into individual spiral-shaped pieces.

You can also wrap some sliced turkey in a leaf of lettuce for a delicious low-calorie and low-carb treat. Try it with some peanut sauce.

This is no help, you give nutrition but no actual directions on how to put together the actual wrap. This should not be listed as "how to build a wrap or sandwich"
