Two years ago, at the age of 36, Andy was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. After his diagnosis, Andy decided to do something extraordinary and become an Ironman competitor and is now the spokesperson for Diabetes Shoppe’s “Managing Diabetes: Living Without Limits” campaign in which he is competing in races across the country in order to inspire people to manage their diabetes and “Live Without Limits.”
