A Fool For Sugarless Condiments

Apr 23, 2007

Caramel Sin, Inc., has concocted a line of condiments called Fools, natural fruit-based spreads and relishes with no added sweeteners of any sort.  They were created by a foodie/filmmaker who’s found fans for his Fools among Hollywood’s finest.

Among the tantalizing selections are Cranberry Fool, a cooking sauce; Cinnamon Raisin Fool, a breakfast spread; and Pear and Port Fool, a cheese topper. The sweetness comes solely from the fruits used to make each Fool. Fools can be found at fine groceries and online at www.caramelsin.com, which also features recipes using Fools.
