PRESENT Diabetes already includes over two hundred multimedia streaming video lectures, with accompanying discussions by leading experts on cutting edge topics in general diabetes, the diabetic foot, cardiovascular interventions, nursing and wound care. All of the lectures are undergoing peer review.
Once you log on to the site, you're invited to register and create an online resume/CV, listing your fields of expertise and interest. Following those steps, you can join focus groups and brainstorm with other members on topics of mutual interest.
The discussion forums, instant messaging, Web chats and blogs are available 24/7/365, so that busy clinicians can visit when their schedules allow.
