WHY: This unique conference is designed to unite scientists, clinicians, and patients with diabetes in a forum of up-to-date lectures and workshops aimed at translating research into a practical toolbox of clinical guidelines for active people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Plenary sessions and workshops are designed to couple discussions on physiological principles with complementary discussions on clinical approaches to exercise.
