Proceeds of Dog Tags to Raise Money for Diabetes Care and Research
Two versions of the dog tags are available: one for people who would like to support the cause and another specifically for people with diabetes. Only $5!
Nick Jonas and Bayer Diabetes Care have produced dog tags that feature a lyric from "A Little Bit Longer," the song Nick wrote about his diabetes. Two versions of the dog tags are available: one for people who would like to support the cause and another specifically for people with diabetes. The dog tag for people with diabetes has the lyric on the front, but also has the word "diabetes" on the back to document their personal fight against the disease.
While supplies last, the limited edition dog tags are available through www.NicksSimpleWins.com for a donation of $5.00. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the dog tags benefits the Jonas Brothers' Change for the Children Foundation.

i really like this idea and i would also like to spread diabetes awarness i cry everytime someone tells me that there child has diabetes because i no they have to suffer the way i do i also have hypothyroidisam and its very upseting so finding a cure would be amazing for me! please find me a new pancreas.
hi my name is Alex and i love nickjonas and the band i want to go to a concert too any way i have heard of diabeties before and have seen how bad it hurts to be stuck or be afraid that you will have to go to the hospital if i could i would trade with them and have it not that i want to any way i want to help and order a dog tag when i was 9 my best friend and i where in the bath room and to get ready for a play all of a sudden she passed out i was so afraid she had it the ambulance came and put her on a strecher and did test and said she had low blood sugar finaly she woke up and she went to the hospitalshe didn` come back to school for days but they said she did`n have it that was surprising but shes still having test for it becase she had all the symptoms of it she passes out less now than she did turn out she dose have some type of it now were both 12 but im kind of afraid because it runs in the family but i hope i do`nt get it
My Son has Diabities and likes the dog tags for his illness . Are the real medical tags?
