This holiday season, Nick and Bayer have issued a dog tag challenge! You can help them reach the goal of 50,000 tags by purchasing one for yourself or giving one as a gift this holiday season. Proceeds from each tag sold will go to the Jonas Brothers Change for the Children Foundation to help others.
When Diabetes Health asked Nick last week about the Holiday Dog Tag Challenge, he let us know that, "It's going really well. Every chance we have to get our fans involved is a good thing. It's great to go the shows and see that they are wearing the tags. It lets me know that they are diabetic or just supporting the cause and being aware of diabetes. It means a lot".

On this site you can read about what Bayer and Nick are doing to raise diabetes awareness and understanding, and how he manages his own diabetes with his CONTOUR® USB meter. So check out the site, read his blog, and purchase a dog tag to help others with diabetes.
He designed the Dog Tags for anyone who wants to show their support for diabetes. If you have diabetes, your tag will come with a medical alert; that's the one he wears. If you don't have diabetes and just want to support the cause, your tag will not have the medical alert. See the tags here. Proceeds from each sale will be donated by Bayer to the Jonas Brothers Change for the Children Foundation.
The Silver-Plated Non-Diabetes Tag has the Change for the Children Foundation logo and a line from "A Little Bit Longer," Nick Jonas' song about his diabetes. On the back there is a NJ and Bayer Diabetes Care logo, to signify their partnership which helps increase awareness of juvenile diabetes. Half of the proceeds of each sale will be donated by Bayer Diabetes Care to the Change for the Children Foundation. (offer available to U.S. residents only; only adults may purchase)
